this looks good! how did you make the brown gravy? my version of a brown gravy is button mushroom sauted in garlic and butter, then simmered in chicken stock with flour as thickener...can i use this version?

What a coincidence, that's what we have for dinner tonight. I add a little bit of garlic salt to the mash potatoes to make even more tastier.

We also have a Ukrainian Village here in Edmonton and in the summer they open the village for public. We could taste diff. Ukrainian foods and they really good. It's worth a visit.

It's like our own version "Shepherd Pie" here in the U.S. I'm still looking forward to make my own version as well but yours look really delicious - it keeps telling me "eat me, eat me" yummy!
