What a beautiful post. I love the shiny egg sitting atop the pork and rice.
And that raspberry vinegar is quite intersting I don't think I have ever come across it.

Thank you for joining LP11! This is our favorite way of recycling roasted pork too, of course with a touch of lasang pinoy always ;-) I love your idea of poaching the egg in raspberry vinegar, very inovative.

what a yummy breakfast! love the pork loin hash though i am not a big fan of poached eggs . . . but with the way you did it might make me change my mind.
